What is the difference between UV and LED lamps?
LED lamps cure the nail polish quicker, and last longer. LED lamps have a life of 50,000 hours, and do not require replaceable bulbs that are vulnerable to breakage. LED Lamps only take 60 seconds per coat to cure, compared to 120 seconds per coat for a UV lamp. UV Lamps do cost a little less upfront.
What is Epic Nail Polish?
Epic Nail Polish is a special light activated gel/shellac nail polish that cures to give you a vibrant, shiny and durable nail colour that will last for 14 days.
It paints on your nail just like regular nail polish.
How long does Epic Nail Polish take to cure?
Using a 18W LED Lamp - 90 Seconds
Using a 36W UV Lamp - 120 Seconds
Can I do my own Manicure with Epic Nail Polish at home?
Yes, just because they do similiar manicures in salons, does not mean you cannot do them at home.

How do I remove Epic Nail polish?
Soak your old manicure in pure acetone for 10-12 minutes. Use a cuticle stick to remove any stubborn areas.

I am having problems, what should I do?
Most problems are related to issues during application. Try to apply a thin, even layer across the entire nail. Make sure the nail is properly cleaned with pure acetone prior to application. Are you doing just one colour coat or two? Sometimes if the manicure is too thin it can chip as it may not be strong enough to withstand any bending or movement of your nail. We also recommend 'capping' each nail by painting a bead of polish along the tip of the nail. Do this for all coats i.e. Base, colour and Top Coats. This creates a seal around and under the nail which helps prevent chipping. Also if you're filing or buffing the nail, ensure this is done first before cleaning the nail as cleaning the nail then filing or buffing will leave residual nail filings on the nail, making it difficult for the polish to adhere.
