Orders & Delivery
Epic Nail ships orders within Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post services.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. During busy promotional periods or sales events, dispatch times may be extended by up to an additional 2 business days.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has entered the carrier network.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected delivery method. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 AUD within Australia, as well as free shipping on New Zealand orders over the equivalent threshold, which is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or service disruptions. While Epic Nail is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we’re always happy to assist where possible.
If you notice an error with your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible so we can attempt to assist before processing. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact Australia Post and request an investigation. If a parcel is confirmed as lost following investigation, Epic Nail will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
