Whether it’s one bottle, a kit, or anything you have purchased from us, send us an email at hello@epicnail.com.au and if we can’t fix the problem simply return your items to us in their original packaging for a full refund.*

Our Warranty:

All LED Nail Lamps and electrical goods come with a full 12 month Australian warranty. If an item breaks during normal use, just let us know and we will arrange a repair or replacement. Please note, UV Bulbs have a fixed life and are not covered under warranty.
