At Epic Nail, we’re committed to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. While we take the utmost care to ensure every item meets our standards, we understand that occasionally something may not be quite right. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free, so your experience with us remains effortless and epic.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns on eligible items only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Change-of-mind return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Opened or used items, as well as sale, reduced, or final sale items, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless deemed faulty or damaged. 

For approved change-of-mind returns, Epic Nail may offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been provided.

Part returns of items sold as sets, kits, or collections will not be accepted. If an item within a set, kit, or collection is deemed faulty or damaged, only the affected item may be returned and is eligible for exchange only. Please refer to the Faulty or Damaged Items section below for further information.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Epic Nail takes care to ensure all items are packed and dispatched in perfect condition. If you believe an item you have received is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery, including a description of the issue along with clear photos and/or videos for assessment.

Once a fault or damage has been confirmed, Epic Nail will offer a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

For approved faulty or damaged returns, Epic Nail will provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of return postage, as well as the cost of shipping any replacement item back to you.

If an item purchased as part of a set, kit, or collection is deemed faulty or damaged, only the affected item may be returned and is eligible for exchange only. Part returns of non-faulty items within a set, kit, or collection will not be accepted.

Please note that gel polish results may vary depending on correct preparation, application, curing method, and lamp compatibility. Issues arising from incorrect use, technique, or personal colour preference are not considered faults.

LED lamps are covered by a 12-month warranty period, commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at hello@epicnail.com.au. Your email must include your order number and the reason for the return. For faulty or damaged items, please also include clear photos and/or videos so we can assess the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will be in touch with return approval and the necessary next steps. 

Please do not send items back until you have received return instructions from us, as this helps ensure your return is processed correctly.

If your return is approved, items must be sent back within 14 days of approval. Once received and assessed, we’ll notify you of the outcome and arrange the appropriate refund, exchange, or replacement in line with our returns policy.

We kindly recommend returning items via tracked postage for both your peace of mind and ours. This is not a requirement, but a courtesy suggestion.

LED Lamp 12-Month Warranty

Epic Nail LED lamps are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing and electrical faults that occur under normal use and in accordance with the product instructions.

The warranty covers issues including manufacturing defects, electrical faults, failure to power on or operate as intended, and premature LED failure under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect operation, use of non-compatible power supplies or accessories, accidental damage (including drops, impact, or water exposure), unauthorised repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If a fault occurs within 30 days of delivery, Epic Nail may offer a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue. If a fault occurs after 30 days and within the 12-month warranty period, the item will be eligible for repair or replacement only.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team at hello@epicnail.com.au, following the same process outlined in our returns policy. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos and/or videos for assessment.

For approved warranty claims, Epic Nail will provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement lamp back to you.
